We’ll begin with a bit of handstand history then I’ll break down alignment, key strength and mobility drills, entry techniques, and we will explore how to use the wall to build confidence + strength. You’ll leave with a toolkit of exercises and a clear path forward, whether your goal is to kick up for the first time or simply feel comfortable playing in the world of inversions. ZERO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
