Every assist is a conversation between teacher and student. Together, we'll explore the foundations of safe, effective, and meaningful hands-on assisting. You'll learn when to assist, how to approach students with confidence and simple effective techniques you can begin integrating into your classes immediately.
Whether you're a new teacher looking to build confidence or an experienced instructor hoping to refine your touch, this workshop will offer practical tools, thoughtful discussion, and plenty of hands-on practice in a supportive environment. Open to yoga teachers of all experience levels.
